To run a successful scout group we need to fundraise to maintain our premises and equipment as well as saving for our Hut Regeneration Project.

The group hold 3 main fundraising events each year. In early May we are on the seafront offering refreshments during the Ipswich to Felixstowe Historic Vehicle Road Run. In November the group arranges the Brackenbury Gift Fair and during December we offer a Scout Christmas Post delivery service in Felixstowe and Kirton.

Most of the money from these 3 events goes to the building fund but some has to go to the purchase of equipment and maintaining our grounds and buildings.
